With the rising cases of gender-based violence in universities, DaraLead, an organization of young women in Indonesia, led discussions and campaigns to highlight the need for policies and mechanisms to better address sexual violence cases especially in universities and to raise awareness on women’s rights. With the support of women’s rights organization Perempuan Mahardhika, a member of the We Lead Consortium in Indonesia, DaraLead members are creating women’s collectives to advance their cause and build solidarity among students. See how DaraLead and Perempuan Mahardhika mobilize young women through this video.
