Teresa Perez Baron launched her professional career working for international companies experiencing growth processes. She joined JASS in 2021 as the Director of Strategic Operations and Organizational Effectiveness to support organizational growth and it’s demanding contexts outlined with the complexities of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Previously, Teresa has worked for consultancy companies in visual thinking and image processing and also founded a start up in machine vision, where she was able to support the project with her expertise and knowledge in finance processes and accounting. After moving to Mexico with her family, she joined Amnesty International in 2014 to become part of the Regional office as Finance and Operations Director. Under her leadership, the offices of Mexico Lima and Washington DC were established and regional operations were consolidated in the Americas. Teresa holds a bachelor degree in Economics by the University Complutense of Madrid, Spain, and an MBA from IE University and a CPA accreditation.
