Manuela Arancibia

Manuela Arancibia (based in Mexico) is the JASS Feminist Popular Education (FPE) Associate on the JASS Cross-Regional team, and also works closely with JASS Mesoamerica. She co-coordinates FPE and methodological development processes through JASS’ Methodological Core Group. This work includes the production of a variety of FPE toolkits and the Spanish translation of We Rise, and the implementation of our pilot internal political facilitators’ development program. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and has worked in Communications for Positive Conflict Transformation. She started out in JASS as an intern and then a consultant in 2015, and has worked as full-time staff since January 2020. She has recently obtained her certification as a baby-wearing consultant, and enjoys spending time with her family.
