Wadzanayi is currently working as the Country Coordnator in Zimbabwe with JASS. She is also the Executive Director for SHDF, the past National Association of NGOs in Zimbabwe National Chairperson and former vice-Chair of the Women’s Coalition of Zimbabwe. With over twenty-five years of experience in development management and leadership, Wadnzanayi’s personal desire in life is to actively contribute in the leadership and economic empowerment of the women of Africa, particularly in Zimbabwe.
She holds a Masters in Governance and Leadership; Masters in Development Studies; Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Honours from the University of Zimbabwe, Diploma in Training from the Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe and Diploma in Management of NGO’s from Akademie Klausenhof, Germany.
