Natasha is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant with 18 years post qualification experience, in senior finance positions at international organizations and in the development and corporate sector in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Her experience covers a variety of management and financial accounting, planning, performance management, and Controller roles in both smaller and larger businesses, and more recently held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at ActionAid International at the International Secretariat in South Africa. The purpose of the role was to support delivery of the strategy and vision, strengthen policies, processes and systems across the organization building overall people capacity and efficient and effective systems.
In 2017 Natasha joined the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Endowment as Head of Finance and Operations in Cape Town. The Endowment’s primary purpose is to support the Foundation who invests in future entrepreneurs that aspire to making a sustainable, long-term contribution to Southern Africa. It also invests in complimentary initiatives that support the overall mission to attach poverty and address unemployment in South Africa, with current programs in education and employment opportunities.
Natasha lives in Cape Town, South Africa, where she loves the energy, open spaces and multi-culture, and has a passion for the outdoors, cycling and running.
