Hope is a research feminist at heart! She is based in Uganda with experience in supporting organizations do violence against women prevention programing in diverse contexts. She is a consultant for JASS Associates, specifically in the role of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) program officer for the Power Up! Consortium. Her role involves coordinating MEL related activities and ensuring a feminist approach is maintained. Hope is keen on practice-based research, recognizes women and girls as contextual experts in issues that affect them (and solutions), as well as the continuous need to turn research into action.
Hope is big on selfcare, she likes to keep her social networks close so, when she is not working, she is meeting up with friends. She loves travelling and playing or watching volleyball. Hope is determined to leave this world a better place than she found it with one small act of kindness at a time.
