Valentin Ermita

Valentín is a proud inaugural participant of the first youth centered training school on sexual and reproductive rights in Mexico where participation and inclusion in decision-making and  public policies has supported advancement in youth rights in his region. In his role as Administrative Assistant for Jass Mesoamérica Valentin provides timely technical and logistical support and creates the tools that reinforces the flow of administrative information between the different work groups throughout the entire mesoamerican region. Valentin has over 19 years of experience with training linked to feminist civil organizations. From early on he understood that he had to actively participate in his communities from carrying information, sharing experiences, and generating proposals that would help shift thinking and analysis on issues that were seen as untouchable. During his free time Valentin takes joy in spending time with his children and enjoying the outdoors.
