Nani Zulminarni, JASS Southeast Asia Regional Coordinator and founding director of PEKKA, was in Washington, DC with her colleague Petronella Peniloli, PEKKA leader and Village Chief, on January 19th for the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF).
